We offer the delicious Kishibori Shoyu soy sauce. A Full-bodied, complex, and savory with a gentle natural sweetness and a clear amber color. A premium, artisanal Japanese soy sauce featuring a rich umami depth, smooth balance, and unadulterated purity. Manufactured in the Shodoshima Island, it uses only whole soybeans, wheat, and solar salt aged in century-old wooden barrels. Pure Artisan Japanese Soy Sauce, Premium and All Natural Barrel. When I lived nearby, I ate the Chirashi bowls and Spicy Ramen multiple times a week! I would always call in the order before leaving work. Still my favorite sushi place!
